Your counter-notification must include your full name, address, phone number, email, description of removed material and where it appeared, statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court, agreement to accept legal service from the complainant, and your physical or electronic signature.
Email your complete counter-notification to admin@anilabapkdl.com and we will review it and may restore your content if the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days.
Users who repeatedly post infringing content may lose access to our website permanently. We track DMCA claims and take appropriate action against repeat violators.
